Love this place! The employees are always so sweet and completely apologetic when things get a bit hectic in the store and they get orders mixed up.

Best Dairy Queen in northern Columbus. The staff here (mostly high schoolers) are all incredibly fast and courteous. Plenty of parking in the area and a nice spot to come get something cold on a hot day.

Went there on a Sunday evening and the place was a complete disaster. After watching both orders in front of me be filled incorrectly I shouldn't have been surprised that they gave me the wrong ice cream. Ordered a hot fudge sunday and when I finally received my order the only hot fudge was a big glob running down the outside of the dish. Overheard other customers mentioning that it felt like the staff needed "Adult Supervision" and I couldn't agree more. The owners/managers of this shop should be ashamed at the quality of service.

The best workers and service, clean, friendly atmosphere. I wont go to any other dairy queen and i go out of my way to eat lunch there and often return for desert later in the evening! Great experience each and every time and i strongly suggest it to all. Great food and icecream!
