The quotes was so confusing. They don't even have the option of a $250 deductible. The company has a discount thats called "The Early Bird Special" that doesn't at all fit the description, you can't start the policy until a week later. So I asked the agent, (Why was it called Early Bird if you are not getting the policy the same day?). She just basically said it was me that don't understand and that's what we call it. But I'm not sure if she knew why. Bad agent
