I do not know about the day staff but the evening staff with the exception of the hostess was asleep at best. My wife and chose the strip and prime rib grilled to medium. The flavor was bland as well as it arrived half well done. All of this after waiting 15 minutes as we can only guess was a "game of lots" in the kitchen to find someone to serve us....stay away save your money.

It's Hotel Dining, but the service was very good, the staff seemed competent and friendly, the food was good, and the wine selection deserved the beautiful display in front. The calamari was a little fatty... if that even makes sense, I didn't realize it could be. But other than that, everything else was delicious!
