I tried in New Orleans today because it had a good combination of ingredients and I liked to bread better then what they offer on their other hot dogs. Was definitely a plus

I was really looking forward to a Chicago Dog and was deeply disappointed. I opted for the Chicago Style. First off, the bun was cold and dry. The dog was also cold and the sport peppers were soggy. The fries were a slightly warm but they were a ball of mush. I blew fifty bucks on this dump for four people. Never again. Save your money and go with a sure bet...Portillo's....

Although the staff was friendly, they completely forgot about my order, after waiting there for 15 minutes, someone asked what i had ordered then replied 'oh I'll start that' its a hot dog not rocket science

I didn't think it was good at all. But I ate it because I paid for it. The hot dog itself was cold. The chili was cold so my cheese never melted. I ordered a jumbo and think I got the regular size. It was my first time coming here and I probably won't come back.

Juicy, flavorful hot dog at an affordable price! We were on the lookout for affordable eats at Navy Pier and decided to give America's Dog a try. There was a line at the stall, which further encouraged us to give it a try.

I had the Milwaukee Dog, which is basically bratwurst and sauerkraut in a bun. It didn't sound like much on paper, it certainly didn't look like much when I first saw it but when I took my first bite, wow! It totally surprised me. The bratwurst was nicely cooked, hot on the outside, juicy on the inside. The sauerkraut was a perfect complement to the bratwurst, just giving a slight sour tinge to the flavor of the meat. The bun was okay, probably the weakest component of the dish. Initially, I was contemplating whether any additional sauces should be added but after taking one bite, I decided against it.

Check this place out, it's worth a visit, given it's affordable price and tasty food. Do be prepared to wait a little while though, especially on a summer day where hungry crowds are out in full force.
