Place is ok, had a good time. However the bowling balls were oily, possibly from previous users who after their meal failed to properly clean/wash hands before handling the bowling balls; they kept slipping from my hands.
Bathrooms were decent, didn't consume the food so I cannot relate to other comments. They have a small arcade with old school games (bring your quarters or dollar bills), a few were out of order but no big deal. Will definitely return as they have great prices.

Cityview lanes has explained and resolved the issues stated below.

1. Freedom of Information Act only affect/apply to federal/government record.

2. The center has stated and has documentation of your son bowling three total games. Please don't stretch the truth.

3. The centers goal is to offer great customer service to each and every customer that walks in these doors. You are a disgruntle customer which is falsifying the truth again. The center has barred you and will pursue legal action if you continue harassment.

Management over charged us, but would not rectify their wrong, asked for a corporate number, they refused. They still not help us in any way. Lack of customer service. We will not be coming back ever again.

For anyone that likes to bowl never go to CityView Lanes in Fort Worth, Tx off Oakmont. They have the worst Customer Service. I paid for three games and only got one. I asked for my money back and they refused. I asked for the other two games they refused. GM David Hickmam said " I am not doing anything to help you"

Also i asked (David Hickman) for contact information for the establishment for his supervisor. He refused. I asked again and added by Freedom of Information Act requires if any olace of business that provides a service I am paying for has to give that information if requested, by law.
The GM, David Hickman, refused to give me the contact information.
Police had to be called by me the customer to obtain the information. Luckily FWPD came out rather promptly. I explained the situation and only asked for
A: My money back.
B: Give us the other games
C: Contact Information of his Supervisor
Cops got the contact information and David Hickman, came outside, and told me I wasnt allowed back, I was banned from the Alley.
I have to say the Customer Service is ZERO, non-existing, and pathetic.
They ripped on the rest of my Car Clubs Games also. 20+ people we bring everytime, plus we buy drinks, and food from the establishment.

The young man at the pro shop on Saturday afternoon 12/19 was completely disinterested in helping me. He offered no assistance sizing the holes in my 2 fingertip balls. I was prepared to purchase about $200 in equipment and supplies but was so disgusted by his evident lack of attention I just left without buying anything. I will never set foot in that pro shop again.
