This Hollywood hot spot is the perfect place to spot a Hollywood actor, producer or executive. The lunch specials at Ammo make this a great location for a working lunch. The booths seats are just secluded enough to give you some privacy from the other patrons. I recommend the orecchiette pesto pasta. You can also easily find a meter parking if you don't want to use valet.

GREAT PLACE FOR A ROMANTIC DINNER!
We didn't know what to expect as our son arranged it all for our anniversary, so we just went along with an open mind and good attitude.
We enjoyed a very nice evening with great service, interesting and tasty food selection and to top it all, we were able to carry on a nice conversation without a need to yell in order to hear each other.
All food and drink selections came in a nice presentation, good quality and taste. Everything was reasonably priced and for the first in a long time, we were able to enjoy a romantics evening with dinner, good drinks and rich and pleasant conversation. We Will definitely go back

As a vegetarian, it is a painful thing to be sitting in an expensive restaurant in LA and be offered a plate of steamed vegetables or bland pasta for $30 -- especially as your companions get served gorgeous dishes. Ammo offers a great deal of variety (more than one option!) for vegetarians, and they understand that vegetarian doesn't have to mean bland or boring.

Menu options rotate frequently, and ingredients are always superb.

Service is always great -- friendly but not pushy, and the right balance of paying attention but leaving you alone with friends.

Decor is simple, but very comfortable, and easy to sit for hours chatting. Small bar is cozy unless things get crowded. Wine and liquor are options are very good.

A "favorite" among "industry" types, this "hip" Hollywood Californian plates "marvelous" "market"-driven fare that "leaves you feeling healthy" in a "chic, well-weathered" setting offering a "good chance at a celebrity sighting"; "special" cocktails and cool playlists are further boosts, and though a few are irked by "too expensive" bills, most put it on their "must-return list"; P.S. the branch at the Hammer Museum features an abridged menu and wine.
