I've gone here off and on for years. The experience I had this past week was shocking. The owner wanted to charge me extra for wonton strips for the soup. I said, "are you kidding me"? Her response was that she pays her people like they're white, not mexican and that she doesn't pay them $2 an hour. Unreal. She wasn't kidding either. Keep kept on talking about her costs and how she hasn't gone up on prices in 6 years..... I just laughed and moved on.

My buddy had the Chicken Lo Mein and said it was the worst he had ever had. I had beef broccoli which was good but I've had better there before. The egg drop soup seemed to be watered down and fairly disappointing. After this experience, I think I've made my last trip there.

This restaurant is the best kept secret in Farmers Branch!!

My husband and I have lived in Farmers Branch since 2001 and we've ordered from this family owned restaurant all this time. The owners of this establishment are always there on-site and always dedicated to making sure their food is fresh, cooked wonderfully and if you are fortunate enough to live close by you'll get your order within minutes of calling.

Although we have tried different items we always get the MuShu Chicken, Orange Pork and Chicken Fried Rice. They are always wonderful. The pot stickers and the Crab Rangoo are wonderful as well.

If you haven't tried this you should do yourselves a favor and go in and eat and if you're lazy like we are you can call if you live in Farmers Branch and have it served hot and tasty to your door.

Try this place. None of you out there will be sorry.....we sure haven't been for over 10 years!

I have not even had a chance to order the food here. I was treated with such disrespect and impatience over the phone before I could even start. I have never experienced a staff that treats their customers like this and that comes from about 10 years of restaurant experience in my earlier years. First, the lady on the phone was more than impatient and rude while she cut me off everytime i tried to say something. I asked to speak to a manager and some guy picked up the phone and told me to simply go somewhere else if I did not like their service. I responded with "Excuse me, I am trying to be a customer!" To which he responded that I should basically fornicate with my mother. I responded accordingly. I will never dine at this restaurant and I hope they go out of business so a true dining establishment may take their place. Wow

Went to this place in Oct 2012 sometime. We now go there several times a week for lunch and once a week for dinner. They have so many dishes to choose from there is something for everyone. The owners are great and funny, if you don't have a since of humor you will not understand them. I just found out this place is BYOB, which is a plus for me. I cannot say enough good things about this Chinese Restaurant. Great food, great service, GREAT prices and BYOB. You must try it.

this is probably the only good Chinese restaurant still open in the area and there's a good reason why.....the food is DELISH!!! and FRESH!!! ....despite it's sort of hidden between a big lot and auto zone.

it's owned by Jim and Anna a lovely husband/wife team that cooks/serves the food themselves most of the time...this is a very traditional looking and relaxing place although it's non-traditional Chinese food they can sometimes provide authentic dish that's off the menu if you ask for it......it'll be seasonal / off the menu price of course...

like most older Asian restaurants this place lacks a modern furnish and decor and it's BYOB but their attentiveness and the fresh / quality food makes up for what's lacking

the price range is really reasonable for their portions...lunch usually starts from $5.50 to $6.95 and are served with rice and an egg roll and a cup of soup and there are over 40 items to choose from (if I remembered right)

my favorite is the beef and scallop and their schezhun beef also their combo fried rice and hot & sour soup they provide really fresh meat/veggies and the cuts are nice not like some of your lower end Chinese fast food places...... there are just too many to list at this hidden treasure you'll have to try them all to figure out which is your favorite I only wish this place was closer to Richardson so I can visit more often and maybe change up the oldies that's always playing on the radio
