This place sucks.
The food was served ice cold. The waiters ignore customers. I don't know how they stay open. Overall a crappy experience.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. I've been here twice because it's convenient to my office and both times it's been horrible food and okay salsa. I tried it a second time thinking maybe I hit em on an off day but I guess I was wrong. And the food was way overpriced for what it was.

This Place Has Gone From Just Okay To Rotten!!! There are plenty of Tex-Mex joints in Tulsa (many with better food) but we liked the fact that you can dine outside at Andales and the food is okay. The service is horrible. The kids are much more interested in chatting and providing free meals and drinks to their friends than to serve paying customers. Forget about refills on chips, salsa, water. Plan to beg for a salt shaker or a knife and fork. The place is becoming run down. The table covers were worn and faded and no longer fit so they blow off the tables. The tortilla chips are the worst and usually consist of some tiny crumbled up mess. We won't be back.
