10/29/2014 6:11 pmLocated inside Japantown mall, I love stopping by this small bakery to pick up a half loaf of sliced bread (they have a a wide variety), a croissant, or a latte. They do not have much seating space, so on weekends it can be busy, but you can roam around the mall with what you got. |

10/03/2014 3:21 pmGreat sandwich place for lunch. Got a caprese style sandwich and the veggies and cheese tasted quite fresh with an adequate amount of Balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Also, I love bread and their's was really great! The staff was super friendly, quick and efficient. I'll be picking up a sandwich for lunch here often, without a doubt. |

06/20/2014 11:24 pmMy boyfriend goes here almost every day for lunch and he LOVES their bread. He finally convinced me to try a sandwich - I got chicken salad. YUMYUMYUM. And they give you a pickle, a sandwich essential that is often ignored. Whenever I'm in the financial district I make my way over there. The staff are always very friendly and prompt. Sometimes there can be a line but it goes quickly. |

12/23/2013 2:16 pmGood place to have a rest after strolling around the stores in Japantown. The strawberry danish pastry is a nice dessert break. I've tasted better melon pan (a sweet bun covered in a layer of crisp cookie dough) elsewhere for what Anderson calls Sunrise. It was bland and dry. Go for the bread goods which are a lot tastier than the cakes. |
