Food:

A little bit of a dive. The staff is friendly, but really don't know what they're peddling.

The jambalaya, don't bother. It's not jambalaya; it's like a soup almost.

The beer selection has a few locals, but other than that it's kind of standard fare. That's pretty depressing for North Carolina when so many great beers are available.

Environment: This is geared towards men. One look at the wait staff and bartenders clearly illustrates that.

The Good:

- Local beer
- Quick service
- Friendly servers
- If you're a guy, the "scenery"
- Good place to catch up with friends

The Bad:
- A little dirty, but not sleazy by any means
- The food is average at best
- Beer selection is laughable for a place with "Ale" in the name

Food:

This hole made 10 out of 11 of us extremely sick after a company outing. We were sick all weekend with the worst food poisoning imagiable. I called to complain but never heard back from anyone. They clearly didn't care. I'd avoid this place at all costs, even their drink glasses are probably dirty.

Last night was my first visit and it just happened to be the night of the Duke vs. Carolina game. This place was rocking. There was good weather and the outside deck was rocking with wide screens and people having fun. We ate inside and the service was excellent. A great beer selection and we chose the wings. The wings are great. You must try the garlic/jamaican. Wow! The manager even came by asking if everything was good. We will be going back. You should visit.

Food:

Great place to hang, lots of games and a good patio. Food is american and greasy, but good. Gets real busy on some weekdays but definitely check out the outside area on a nice day.

Great scene to hang out and enjoy beer w/ some Migos. The food is also great bar food.
