My family and I went to several bakeries to find the right wedding banquet cake. No one can compare to Anna's divine touch. She uses just the right amount of cream, real! cream (not that thick oily ick you might find elsewhere). The fruit is generous, fresh, and real (no invisible flavor/nonexistent "fruit", or moldy items here). Her price is reasonable, outstanding for the quality. The classic Chinatown spongecake is light and fluffy. She knows how to pack it to protect her beautiful creation; and, she is flexible and knowledgeable about how much and how to do it. Thank you, doh jeh, Anna, hai #1! :)
