Anthony's Pizza, Orlando, Florida Restaurant Details

I order one Pizza to go and was told it takes approximately 10 minutes. I had to wait over 23 minutes until I got my pizza. The girl who took my order asked the people in the kitchen twice during this time before I got my pizza. Other guests who ordered after me left before me. Once I got my pizza the girl who took my order saw how upset I was and asked if I want to talk to the manager and I said yes. Not knowing that this was complete waist of my time. He didn't even apologized. He just made excuses why my pizza took longer. Very poor customer service and defenetly not an honest person. The pizza items were very salty and not much on it.
I cannot recommend that restaurant and won't visit it again.

I am a fan of their calamari! Best I've had ANYwhere in Orlando. Can't wait to order from them again soon

Antonio's is truly the best all-around Quality food, I have ever experienced.I have been around a lot of Italian Restaurants,Pizzerias,and the like.I am an experienced Restaurantier.The cooks are big on experience,presentation,top of the line- fresh ingredients.I have had Food Delivered regularly,and they are usu.expedient,and meet their quoted time,about 90 % of the time.I understand they are a busy Delivery Location.This is Not an exact Science.Thru the years,any problem communicated, was reconciled by Anthony himself..with a call.

Their online page claims that if you order online 15.99 and greater you will receive free garlic knots but it's NOT TRUE! I claimed my knots but the employers insisted you have to purchase 25 or higher, and the manager was kind of rude when l asked him why their web page has that information incorrect. I have enough money to buy the dam garlic knots but it bothers me that you advertise wrong information online and then don't own up to your mistakes!!!! The customer is always right especially when it's the restaurant's fault....too bad you lost a good client cause my kids love pizza! ;)

I have tried to get food here a few times. It's over priced and they are rude as hell. Today I wanted to order and it stated $15 orders gets free Garlic knots and the girl on the phone said thats only online. So I must hang up and order online. Kinda a waste of time, she also said $25 orders on the phone gets free knots. Done with you guys... you've delivered cold pizza before and have very high prices. DONE - avoid this place.
