Antonio's - Restaurants- Parmatown Mall, Cleveland, Ohio Restaurant Details

Thought the pizza was very good! We also like their cheesy garlic bread. Good atmosphere, great pizza, good service.

Food:

7:30 Monday night. Called in our order to Antonio's located in the Shoppes at Parma. We ordered a Deep dish pizza for 16.50, and Antonio's combo for 14.75.

I want to start the review by saying that the Deep dish pizza was PRE MADE and we could not add or subtract from it, Although it was good, this completely killed it for me and there is no way I would consider coming here again, as I do not play the pre-made pizza hut game, it has no place in the "authentic italian food" scene if you ask me.

Now on to the Antonio's combo - Again The wife called in the order at 7:30, and got there very early at around 7:40 (ten minutes later). She immediately noticed that there was a to-go order sitting there the entire time she was waiting. Turns out 20 minutes later as they brought the pizza out it was in fact our COLD Antonio's combo. So apparently this is a big microwave pizza place, and to top it all off, the timing was so bad that ended with half of our order @ room temperature.....unbelievable! And all this for 32 bucks??

The last time I was here was for a baby shower. The staff was awful. Not attentive at all. The time before that I went for my birthday we had a party of about 20 people. The two families there with kids waited an hour and half for their food. We told them multiple times that we needed the food and nothing. Another guests drink was not made right. And we were told we could not have water because there were "no clean glasses."

Food:

We had a gift card to Antonio's so we stopped for dinner while out on our Harley. The food was so good, much better than we had anticipated! Their Italian dressing is fantastic! Our server Cheryl was very nice and helpful with her suggestions since we had never dined there before. Over all a great experience, we will defiantly dine there again even though it is 30 minutes from our home. We were a little disappointed to find out our gift card wasn't good at that location, apparently it is only good at the take out locations. Other than that, I would highly recommend trying Antonio's!
