Sketchy barkeeps keep tabs on paper and double charge customers by the end of the night. I've seen it far too many times to not be standard there.

Edit: I will say, since the new Bartender has been running the bar and ordering booze, the place has been 100% better.

Overpriced, you order a cocktail an get nuthin but ice and mix. Ownership just wants to make money, have no care for their patrons.
