Applebee's, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Grill Restaurant Details

Sat there for ten minutes with my girlfriend and kids waiting to even get a time estimation for seating. There were four booths open and several staff members walking back and forth ignoring us and chatting with each other. Wouldn't know about the food, left cause nobody would seat us.

Best Applebee's in the city. Managers go above and beyond to make things right.

Really gone downhill. Ordered 40 min to close so that might have something to do with it but ordered about $50 worth and it all was terrible except for the wings. Steak was dry and overcooked, burger was a mess and onion rings were burnt. Even the salad tasted really off. Bartender that helped us last night was really friendly though. Anyway, tried to call and speak with the manager today and was put on hold for 10 minutes and then told he was too busy to speak with me.

I am an Applebee's Fan so you can only imagine how surprised I was when I exprienced such a crappy place.. When I first went in the restaurant I was hit with a disgusting smell... The table we sat at was sticky like it was wiped off with a dirty rag. The waitress apologized for the wait and explained that she was goofing off in the back. (very unprofessional) I asked for a peach tea and it was completely bland, I told her that it had no flavor. She went and got a mango tea and it was still bland. There was dirt around the window sill and you can see dust in the vent. The place was very disgusting. I barely ate if the dining area was disgusting, I can only imagine how the kitchen looks. When the waitresses weren't taking orders they were standing around talking and being loud....I will never go back to that Applebee's again...EVER.
