Applebee's, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

Food:

Ordered car side to go, lady was rude! Got home and found a blonde hair in my food called and the told the manager and he rudely replied "funny none our cooks have blonde hair" that's not fixing the situation!!!!

Bad service multi times I've went once I get waitress has a bad day 2 times shows that the management is ok with the bad service. Won't go back

Although the food was great and the prices were awesome (1/2 off appetizers) the service was pathetic. We waited over 10 minutes after being sat and no waiter showed up. I got tired so I got up and went to the bar (since the hostess was nowhere to be found) and asked for a waiter. Five more minutes went by and no waiter; I ended up having to wave at the hostess and asking her to get us a server. They were not busy when we went in so there's no excuse for giving a lousy service. I also saw some customers walking out since nobody greeted or sat them. I probably will not be going back to this location.

Went there a week ago and my husband's steak came out raw. The manager Ramon told us that the next time we came in he would buy him a new steak. We went in a week later and sure enough he did! The food was good and right. Very impressed with Ramon's management and will return!

Recently had the worst experience ever at an Applebee's. The food was cold and the manager on duty had a horrible attitude. The employees were rude and their attitude matched that of the GM on duty. I was so disgusted with the attitude of the manager, I called corporate and made a complaint. I received a call back from the franchise owner, who was very apologetic for my experience and tried to make it right. I will give another Applebee's a chance, but I am not sure I would go back to this one.
