06/27/2015 9:52 pmIt took around 5 minutes for the waiter to greet us.. We gave him our complete order and didn't even receive our waters for another 5-10 minutes before we decided to walk out. We were expecting to at least get our waters and appetizers but got tired of waiting . I would understand if the place was busy and the servers were overwhelmed, but it wasn't busy. It was really the worst service I've ever experienced. I'm surprised that Applebee's hasn't changed their personnel |

06/22/2015 10:13 pmThis Applebee's has the worst service I have ever received. After being seated by the hostess, we then proceeded to wait. After about five minutes the hostess comes back over to ask if we know what we would like to drink and took our drink order. Before she left she said our server had not seen us yet because they were "so busy". We thought she would come back with our drinks, but it seems like it was just a distraction tactic. We noticed a waitress waiting tables right next to us, so we assume that she was our waitress. She walked past us several times without saying one word. We sat their for about 15 to 20 mins with no one waiting our table. Whoever the waitress was should have at least shown their face to apologize for the long wait and the lousy service. From what I can remember the food is not great either. We left and are never coming back. |

06/17/2015 4:42 pmI went here on my lunch break and had to wait for the hostess, although there were barely any patrons there. Once seated I told my spouse what I wanted from the menu, then proceeded to the ladies room. Upon my arrival back to the table, not even our drink orders had be taken. During this time, 3 servers stood behind us talking and cackling without a care in the world. As I noticeably looked at them, one finally comes over and takes our order. We explain that we are on a time schedule and ordered both our drinks and food at the same time. We finally get our food, 20 minutes in, and it's the wrong order. Several minutes later she brings our salads only and advised the food is still cooking. We asked for the food to be packaged and for the check. She disappeared again into the kitchen for several minutes, at which point I asked for the manager. We had been there about 37 minutes with no food and horrible customer service. The manager never came out, but instead sent the check for only the drinks and gives us the food at no cost. I was furious! We did not want free food. I asked to speak to the manager, so that is who I expected to walk out. Not the server, AGAIN! Because the manager refused to speak with me, I hope she'll at least read this review. Have a great day, and I wish you better customer service than what was given to us at the establishment in which you manage. :-) |
