I went for my birthday and asked for a cheeseburger WELL DONE. I had to return it because it was pink and they changed it for another one THE SAME WAY!! My waitress over charged me. This place really sucks. I WOULD NEVER EAT AT OR RECOMMEND ANY APPLEBEES!!! It was my first and last experience. I will stick to Chilis. At least they know how to serve good food and NOT RUIN MY BIRTHDAY!!!!

Service was horrible, the wait time ridiculous! These people need to move need a good manager they need experience! Honestly WORST PLACE EVER! DON'T EVEN WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!

Ordered the bourbon steak... tasted like a sausage. The manager then personally delivered me a different entrée(shrimp and fries) which was in no way better than the last. Service was horrible.
