Kat the bartender is great! Had shrimp dish food was good and warm very tasty (less juice more alcohol )

We have been here several times and never really had a great experience. We drive out of the way to go to other locations.

Service was SLOW, as well as the server being rude. Have never experienced this type of service at any of the Applebee's I have been too. We had 5 adults and 4 kids in our party and one of our kids who was celebrating his 6th birthday. We were seated quickly and politely but that was the only good thing of this experience. It was not busy nor many customers who were waiting. When our child finished his milk and we asked to have another one we asked the server and he looked at us with a blank stare... after the 4th time of asking he rudely said that was the 4th time of asking so yes..... first of all when u are in a job of working for ur tips and serving people you may not want to be rude to your customers. I asked for the manager, one was not there so the assistant manager was asked to come over. I explained the issue and was told I'm sorry. Did not offer to comp our drinks or anything so we walked out paying 35.00 for crap service. Never again will I ever bring my family to Applebee's for an important celebration. This location ruined it for all. Sad that the amazing name of Applebee's is now tarnished by some horrible service and lack of management.
