Applebee's, Cleveland, Ohio Restaurant Details

I've always enjoyed coming to this location, but had a less than stellar visit last weekend. Maybe I just caught it on a bad night, but it was really not a good experience. Suffice to say they seemed a bit lax in the service area, and they either need to tell the busser to pick up the DISHES AT THE END OF THE BAR two feet from where people are socializing, or hire more of them. Really bad. Literally fifteen minutes we looked at other people's used dishes from two feet away.

Everytime my family and i come here its always a extremely long wait. I understand others are here besides me and but im talking over 2 hours and the waitress are rude..the mangers never want to do anything about it besides look at you and ask you what would u like..well for starters i would like to come into a place and receive my food in a timely manner i will not be returning here ever

First and last time visiting this location. Not only was my order incorrect, but I had to wait 20 minutes while the manager broke out the old-school credit card machines to pay for my lack-luster meal. I understand that crap happens with computers, but at least offer a guy something while waiting 20 minutes for a pick-up meal. The burger was not cooked to order and tasted bland. The fries tasted like someone threw a box of salt on them. Extremely disappointed.

The people were nice. The atmosphere was nice, but the quality of the food didn't match the price. Paid $9 for brisket nachos but got nothing but mostly lettuce an chips

My family and I enjoyed the hospitality. They had superb food and service was top notch. They accommodated a group of 9 people, talking 4 adults and 5 children. We return here often.
