Decent food. I would've loved a refill on my tea though. The waitress sure attended to my boyfriend. . Brought him a second soda before he finished the first. She even got the woman behind me a second tea yet never even acknowledged me. She then proceeded to walk us through how to pay on the kiosk (maybe trying to be helpful/knowledgeable) but we are not new to technology. Disappointed at best.

Been twice to this location and not really impressed. Seems like everyone hates their jobs here. Food is alright not the best my fish was full of grease, it was all over the plate. Very poor presentation of the food as well. The appetizer had salsa dripped on to the plate . the waitress was not knowledgeable about the menu. If I return ever it will be to a different location.

Awesome waitress. Food was over cooked. Drinks were horrible. Don't spend $8-11 they don't have any alcohol in them!

I normally don't write reviews, especially negative ones, but I just had to this time: Went there yesterday (Thursday) around 3pm and there were only four tables with customers so we figured that we would have better service than usual (nope!). We ordered our drinks (Pepsi and strawberry lemonade) and almost 10 minutes went by before the lemonade came out (no Pepsi) and the server said they were working on it. Well, she dropped off the lemonade and didn't bother to ask if we were ready to order, which we had been for a while, and went straight over to another table where customers already had their food and talked to them for a few minutes before finally coming back for our order. This is where my order ALWAYS gets messed up anywhere I go and order chicken tenders: I asked for no coleslaw, just the fries with EXTRA ranch. She repeated the order but didn't say ranch, so I said "Yeah, with extra ranch", and she seemed a little irritated and said "Got it." It took awhile for the food to finally come (by this time there were only 3 tables total of customers) and there was a little thing of honey mustard (which I was happy about because its always missing when I never ask not to have it) but there was no ranch. She asked if she could get us anything else and she caught on to the ranch right as I was about to ask for it again (this is the last point I ever ask for it as it should finally be corrected). She said she would bring it right out so I began dipping my chicken in the small container of honey mustard. I finished off the sauce with 3 chicken tenders left, still hadn't touched my fries, and she still hadn't brought out the ranch (I no longer eat ketchup for various reasons) and so I began eating my dry food slowly. I used their new system to order another Pepsi and see if it clicked any bells, but still nothing. Finally, after I told my wife I might just have to bear through the dry food, the server brought out 1 thing of ranch, apologized, and said that she was a horrible server but we played nice and said it was ok. I told my wife I was shocked she caught it, however, she didn't bring the EXTRA ranch like I asked for; told my wife some was better than none. I used up the ranch on my last 3 tenders and half of my fries, placing the empty sauce dishes near the end of the table so she might catch on why I asked for extra ranch in the first place but never brought out another. At least she brought out the one so that increased the amount I would have tipped on her service. My wife insisted I give more so I up-ed it to 13%: when it's near decent service I give at least 17%. I'm waiting for that one day where a server actually thinks about it when I asked for"extra" and brings out a second one, then they will be getting at least a 30% tip for sure (that means the honey mustard it already comes with and 2 sides of ranch)! I've worked in the food service industry my self for over 3 years and know that she was not overwhelmed with customers or anything else and that she could really improved. The only time I will come back is to get rid of a gift card (which we used) and will stick with Chili's who always gives better service (plus they have their Texas fries and chipotle chicken crispers which give it more flavor). Only come to this one as a last resort; I've had some better service here, not correct or great, but better (last time I ordered 2 boneless buffalo wings, one for me and one for wife, and we were only given one but at least charged for one). Stick to another Applebee's like off of Garden of the Gods/I-25 area for better service.

We should have got up and left as we were planning to do before the Pepsi and food were brought out but stayed thinking the service would get better.

One more note to add: the fries were a little too salty which spoiled the flavor and the food was mildly warm at best.
