Great customer service , my waiter Tyler was AMAZING ! Always was checking on us and delivered our food in a timely manner ..

We ordered wings as an app. and they brought the meal first. within five mins. of ordering. The packaged bread stick on top was burned. The food looked like it had been sitting around for a while.Then when we told them we wanted our apps first. they finally took the food, and brought the boneless wings. They looked like they had been plated by a 5 year old. There was 2 sticks of celery just thrown on top. No plates, and no extra napkins. When we asked for plates, they acted like it was a new idea. Like "Oh, you want plates? well okay." No one ever said they were sorry or anything. The food was cold. The service was too. The last several times I've been there have been bad. Not going back.

I spent 3 weeks in Columbus and visited this location twice. The first time I sat at the bar. I do not drink, but didn't see the point of taking up am entire table just for me. The bartender was not exactly pleasant, didn't bother telling me the specials which I only knew they had by overhearing her (after ordering my food) telling them to another person at the bar who ordered an alcoholic drink.

The second visit I ordered take-out. My order was wrong, I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for new food to be made. I ordered a side of fries with my meal, which was pathetically small for the price, and these were not replaced with the rest of the meal so I had to eat cold fries.

Whoever the general manager is needs to train the staff on proper customer service.
I will never go to this Applebee's again!

Service was HORRIBLE, waited 30min. to get the Appetizers, then 20min. for the food... When the food FINALLY arrived, I had to send it back because it was cold... And HOW can you make 4-cheese Mac & Cheese with NO FLAVOR? We will NOT be returning to THIS Applebee's... EVER
