Food:

Horrible service. The employees don't know their menu. They didn't make our food until 1 hour after ordering. They messed up on our order 3 consecutive times and half our party left for pure frustration.

Hate this applebees and I am their largest fan. I visit the CoonRapids Applebees twice a week and this location is horrible. I have tried this location 5 times and each time I have an issue.

Overall: food is okay service is horrible.

Simply because the quesadilla expert had high expectations of the new Quesadilla Burger and failed to meet it's expectations. Just stop it Applebees! Just stop! Quesadilla Expert out!

Me and my brother were in town for the weekend. Decided to go to this applebees and the service was the worst. We say ourselves down. Nobody came and asked us for anything to drink for maybe 20 mins. Finally when the waiter cane back we asked for a menu. Never got the menu for about another 20 mins. When we finally ordered it took forever for our food to come and the waiter passed us by numerous of times before finally remembering we were actuality there.

This place is a hot mess bad rude waiters. No one wanted to take our order they where fighting on how they could not help us. Five more familys where sitted and none where greeded no drinks no acknowledgment. I waited with my family for 20minutes untill i notice they started serving people that walked in way after us

Let me begin by saying I never give a place a flat out bad review because i try to remain optimistic but I had to give this place the horrid credit it deserved. Horrible and I do mean HORRIBLE place. I would give it zero stars if I could. It comes off as absolutely ghetto first of all but even then I could've ignored that if it wasn't for the other issues this place had. First off the server was rather rude and inattentive. We ordered bbq wings as an appetizer and the wings were warm while the bbq sauce was cold! Then we waited almost twenty-five to thirty minutes for a drink refill and waited even longer for our order to even be taken. When we finally ordered, I ordered a plate that was supposed to have steak with cheese on top and covered in grilled shrimp, mashed potatoes, and some veggies on the side. but I asked for chicken in place of the steak and a couple more shrimp. NO cheese and NO veggies which was supposed to come out cheaper being that I chose the chicken INSTEAD. And after I finished my meal the stupid sad excuse of a waiter wanted to tell me that the plates were going to be charged the same regardless which was horseshit when there was less on my plate than the original order. I honestly wanted to walk out without paying. I should've too. If it wasn't for my boyfriend telling me let's just pay the bill and go, I would've walked right out. The food here is overpriced and tastes like frozen tv dinner. Disgusting place. My stomach even hurt like hell from their crap food. If you've never been here, consider yourself lucky. Try somewhere else. Any other bar and grill. Trust me, you'll be glad you did. You've been warned.
