Applebee's, Henderson, Nevada Restaurant Details

Food:

This place has horrible customer service. Food has taken over 40 minutes and counting. Waitress has no people skills... Direct statment from her when we asked how much longer"I don't have control over that" I was only looking for I'll check on it.

Food:

Nothing. They forgot to bring my food with the rest of the table. I had to call the waitress to the table and ask were my food is. After 20 minutes the manager brings my burger and sweet potato fries. Burger was raw and fries had too much salt. When refills were need i had to just stop and employee passing by and ask for the refills. No they were not busy. We will not eat at this location any more. It would not surprise me if this Henderson NV location close.

Food:

Service was beyond slow 45 mins to get food only after complaining and food came out warm. Acting manager was complaining about being acting manager, when we addressed the slowness, food appeared to have been sitting and even the plates that r usually hot were cold along w semi warm food, her response was oh I don't know what the slowness is from.. not a good answer, we had to take our food to go and she brings out small containers when we barely took one bite and thinks a small box will fit out food. Also too busy having a conversation with a person at the bar who wasn't eating or drinking and complaining about being acting manager. There was no accountability and excuse of well we have food serves n she doesn't know what happened, well we are your table not the food runners. We won't be back as this is a series of poor service.

Food:

Worst Applebee's experience ever! It seemed like everything took forever. Our apparently could not complete two tasks at the same time nor was she able to deal with two table at the same time. Everyone at my table need refills on our drinks. She was able to bring one drink alone, then return with the other two. I'm curios if she's heard of a wild thing called a tray. Worst was a couple two tables down asked for water also and that required it own independent trip. I ordered the fiesta lime chicken. I'm not certain what this poor bird did, but it was cooked to a dryness level I have never experienced before. Thank goodness there was a sauce on the dish to add moisture. And forget asking for a box after plate drop=off and the walk by "How is everything". And my daughter didn't get to bring home the rest of her meal. Our server was gone. So thankfully I could pay using the machine at the table. Otherwise I think I'd still be there.

Food:

My lady and I had lunch there today, server/waitress or whatever you call her was absolutely charming indeed (dang I should have written down her name, she said her husband works for metro if that helps any). The food was marvelous tasting in every bite we ate. This will be the only Applebee's we will ever go and eat. Other Applebee's we eaten at the service wasn't even as nice and the preparation of the food wasn't as tasty either.
