I'll just get to the point. This place isnt worth my time to write a long review. I ordered a steak and the rice tasted and looked under-cooked. It fell between the gaps in my fork and was hard ro scoop. The steak was so dry! I was tempted to tell the manager but I already ate my food and wanted to go home. Never again!

Horrible service pls dont go there, asked for water took 18 minutes, food was over cooked.

Awful service; ordered online to save time a Hamburguer & fries and what I got was that exactly, a burguer, fries, no ketchup, tomatoes, onion or lettuce , something I had specified!
As per 'Harvey" the manager , lunch is on him "next time" .....

Horrible service don't even think of going there! We order water and took over 15 min. When they took the cups of water to get reffills they brough back the cups completely wrong their was lipstick from someone else on the straws. The food was completely cold and after speaking and complaining to the manager instead of bringing back new food he just reheated for 45 secs. And brough the food back, even after that our server did not even pass by to apologize.

Service was a joke and a bad experience. Took my fiance out for her birthday, the waiter we were stuck with was some big fat guy who thought it was ok to place his closed fists on the table to hold himself on the table while he leaned in to get in my fiances face while completely ignoring me to ask her "are you guys ok are you guys ready to order" while never making eye contact or talking to me and instead uncomfortably close to my girls face and ask her all questions pertaining to me and her. As if dealing with this douch was not ruinning the night the food did. Chicken was charred in one side the one side not visible of course and the appetizers took really long to arrived literally like 5 minutes before the food but keep in mind after waiting for the appetizers like it was for the main meal. Then leaving once again another male employee starting unwanted conversion with my girl, "so are you guys alright?" While never looking at me or asking me, just only to my girl and there already pretty girls working so what is the deal overhere? Seems like disrespectful young douchbags working here thinking with their penis, ready to be friendly to your wife while completely ignoring and being rude to you who is the one paying...and then their receipt has the nerve to suggest a 15% tip..will not be going to this place again..someone in managing need to tell the male waiters here....respect customers wifes/gfs watch your body language....really there is no excuse for this type of service or experience I don't care if is the actions of a couple bad lower level waiters, they should know better the type of people they hire, never in my life going to restaurants have I experience something like this
