We ordered an appetizer, a steak and a burger for dinner. All the food was awesome. The staff was super friendly and had our best interest at heart every step of the way. We love the Applebee's bar and look forward to many years of happy times. The restaurant is clean well organized. YMMV, but we love the place! Two thumbs up for great food, great service and staff that cares

I bought my parents a gift card to Applebee's. They only went there to use the gift card and after they ate their meal they were told they could not use the gift card due to the computer being down but they could use a credit card(???). They were made to pay for the meal.They should have been given the meal at no cost. I am very disappointed with Applebee's. I feel like Applebee's was unethical and just took my $50 and did not honor their gift card. Terrible customer service. This happened on 6-12-15 at lunch time at the Applebee's in front of the hospital on old st Augustine rd in Jacksonville FL.

Ordered Carside To Go for the Superbowl game last night for three people. For the $$Amount of money spent we were shocked at how small the portions were. I am only a 5'2" person and I was still hungry after my entree. Food seemed overcooked as well; shrimp and burger. Probably will not want to go back at least my guys leave the other restaurants with full stomach.

I called in a to go order, I spoke to summer, she was very pleasant, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was greeted by Dorian who so kindly opened the doors for me...Summer brought out my order, again very pleasant employee, and to my surprise the entire $98 order was all there...which has not been my experience with a neighboring restaurant. But then the best thing of all....EVERY SINGLE ITEM we ordered was very delicious, ,,, the chicken wanton and beer pretzels being my favorite, but the new pub diet food is delicious as well, and Dorian again opened the doors for me upon my departure....will NEVER go back to the other guys again applebee's has made a be liver out of me

I'm not giving the staff 1 star but I'm giving the food one star. Everything is microwaved. The Spanish rice was horrible and the artichoke dip was small and looked like it was microwaved too much. The fiesta lime chicken was ok but it was just masked with a lot of cheese....if ya gonna redo all your structural designs....don't! Especially if your food sucks, start with the food.
