For some reason we always catch ourselves back here and the food is always gross. The staff is very rude and usually dress inappropriate. The last time we came here they wouldn't let us sit in a booth because they didn't want to overwhelm one of the waiting staff.. We walked out with our party of 4. Take my advise and don't go here.

we ordered nachos as an appetizer, there was no cheese on the nachos, the manager brought back a second plate saying she "talked to the cooks about customers wanting to see cheese on nachos."

Should know better... last weekend we try to go to Applebee's for dinner and the restaurant is 1/2 empty, but the hostess tells us the kitchen is on a 15 minutes back up, so we walked!
And once again we have a ridiculous start of the night. 1st, we have a server who does not want to wait on us. Then my husband decides to let the manager know as we're walking out. She then asks us to sit in a different area and she would have someone take good care of us. What a joke! The bartender with the crazy witch hairdo comes by to take our meal order and have not seen her since. Let's see how long it takes for the check! Honestly, their entire staff needs to be retrained and they need to be more attentive. Maybe their tips would be better.

My husband and I went and each ordered steak. He likes his 9oz medium-well, I take my 7oz medium rare with Parmesan Shrimp. They over-cooked mine to WELL DONE! I pointed it out, mentioned it was dry and refused to eat it. The manager never even came to apologize, fix it or at least take it off the bill! We've been eating at Applebee's for years, among other places. At minimum, they take it off the bill. This location has no care for quality of food or service. We will NEVER go here again

Had a great experience two nights in a row. Different servers and foods... a good value both in dollars and time.
