Applebee's, Jacksonville, Florida Restaurant Details

Killing myself. I have had 2 drinks and still no food my trailer trash bitch of a waitress. Needs go back to waffle house. Never comming back ever. When hell freeze over

Very poor service.. Curb side to go is very poor, the rep whom takes the call sounds like someone on drugs, they don't have curb side to go times on there website, ask the rep what times are there curb side to go service is, he stated he didn't know, just until dust.. Tried to place an order, could't understand what he was saying, and getting conflicting information, had to speak with the manager to get an understanding and place order.. There workers have poor knowledge of the menu and company practices, no appreciation for customer patronage.

They really need hire good cook! Been there a month ,but everyday food was something wrong. Cold, untasty, too greasy, too salty. :( Waiters are very friendly though

Beer was flat, chips were stale and service was terrible. Went out for a beer with the guys and left unsatisfied. That should say it all.

I read the previous reviews AFTER my experience.... In all honesty the FOOD was GREAT, service was GREAT! My fiancé and I enjoyed our meal!!! I'm sooooo glad that things have changed in the past few months...... Keep doing a great JOB!!!!
