Applebee's, Las Vegas, Nevada Restaurant Details

I ordered a club and it blew alongside the service I was handed during my lunch today. I have been going to Applebees for over a decade and this was by far the worst experience of a so called lunch of my life. THEY NEVER GAVE ME MY FRIES!

I am usually not a person to write reviews on restaurants, but I felt that need to write one. I came to this restaurant with my boyfriend on a Tuesday night hoping to enjoy a nice meal. Unfortunately, we received terrible service. When we arrived no one was present at the front counter. We waited a few minutes for the hostess to come up. She didn't even great us or say sorry for waiting. She seated us in a booth and handed us menus. She then proceeded to walk around the restaurant helping to clean the dirty dishes off the table. My boyfriend and I waited for a server to come to our table and great us, but no one did. We then turned on the light for service that was at the table and finally the hosts came to our table and said ,"Lets get you some drinks". She then came back to our table with drinks. We waited and watched as other servers walked around and looked at our table. We watch as other guests that came in after us were already being waited on. I sat patiently with my boyfriend for 18 minutes before I just asked one of the random servers to bring me the bill for the lemonade I ordered. We told her that we had been waiting for 18 minutes already. She apologized, and she said she would be right back. Another server came up to us and said sorry for wait and I said its ok we just want the check. She said its fine don't worry about it. The part that made me super upset is that we watched as the family that came in after us get served and greeted all with in an appropriate time. Also, I was upset at the fact that the place wasn't busy and yet they still manage to give terrible service. I defiantly don't plan on returning to this location or recommending it to anyone.

Waste of a lunch! Honestly GO TO ANOTHER APPLE BEE'S. Yesterday I went in after getting paid, I havn't ate out in months so I was really feeling the baby back ribs.. We ordered the 2 for $24 the first dish the Spinach artichoke dip was OK there was burt crust around the top stuck to the bowl, then we had our food.. The ribs were very chewy not alot of meat if any, and the fries were too salty.. overall the price was fair, the custermer service was an 8/10 but I'm never going back to this particular Applebees again, and I think I'll stay away from Apple bees for a while.

The 2 entrées and appetizer for $20 / $24 is a good deal, especially if you get the steaks. Except the steaks are overcooked and slightly chewy.
