Applebee's, Lincoln, Nebraska, Grill Restaurant Details

Food:

I called ahead to explain my mother in law was handicapped and had a walker, the person who answered the phone was rude and said "we don't take reservations" I explained to her my father in law was dying in the hospital across the street and we wanted to eat somewhere close. She simply repeated herself they don't take reservations. So we decided to go anyways. They seated us at a high top bar table, difficult for her to get into it. We asked if there was somewhere we could put her walker and the waiter said "no" and walked away. The service was slow, the food was ok for the price, our waiter kept out drinks full but communicated very little with us. I will
Never go here again. Ever.

Food is good. Service is OK. Why on Earth is there Ketchup on the Breakfast Burger? ... Yuck!

I had terrible service they ran out of food, and my waitress had a very crap attitude with me. The table was dirty and my waitress was talking to her boyfriend who was sitting at another table. The cooks in the kitchen were screaming and yelling. I was disgusted with my service!

Got my order totally wrong and was not friendly at all. Poor personal hygiene coupled with a lack of knowledge about the menu and limited service made it a very poor location for lunch.

I was here by myself. I am used to the door being opened as you come in and being greeted. None of that happened. the food was good I sat at the bar after someone notice. I wasn't with a huge group who was blocking my way. The food came out fast to me that was good. But the one thing that upset me the most was an elderly lady was leaving and no one went to help her with the door as she had a walker and several bags with her. I had to get up and helper her. Fyi there were 2 servers just standing there. Terrible.
