Applebee's, Lincoln, Nebraska, Family Style Restaurant Details

Hated it I got the Wrong meal the. When I got the meal I got the chicken messed up horrible never going back

Horrible service showed up there was barely anybody there. 45 minutes later restaurant is packed. Watch the people that arrived after us eating their food. They brought out the kids meals within 10 min and they were done eating and we were still waiting for our food. We told them to forget it just give us our bill.

Food:

Did the "car side to go". Food was cold, steak was "done" when we ordered it medium, mexican rice was old and dry, had the double crunch shrimp with fries, and no fries to be seen. Called and told them about it, they asked for my address, said they'd mail me out some coupons for the mess up, three weeks later, still nothing. Not going back.

Food:

If you like cold chicken and microwaved noodles that's your place. Took almost an hour to get the food. Barely saw our waitress.

Waited over an hour for our food and watch 2 other tables get seated and served their food before we got anything.
The server completely ignored us. The manager came over and apologized, and told the other table (not ours) that one of their fryers were down, and that's why it took so long. Our food finally came out 10 minutes later, and it was wrong and cold.
If someone communicated the problem to us before hand we would have left. Zero customer service, and the manager was annoyed at us because we were upset. This is exactly why I never go to Applebee's.
