Applebee's, Mesa, Arizona Restaurant Details

Went in by myself and was treated amazingly glad I stopped by even though I was by my self the staff was very friendly expecially Randy going out of his way just to say hello on a busy Friday!

Ordered off the 2 for 25 menu, got a house salad. The salad they brought was so big my entree is now a second meal. Great price to portion ratio.

This is the second time I've gotten bad service here, i went in tonight with one of my friends just to grab a quick bite, they sat us down and we ordered our drinks and the waitress took five minutes to get our drinks and which was just water. So long after she came back we ordered our food and we waited 45 minutes and our food was still not at our table. I was so mad that i just told my friend to just head out and we did we ended up at sonic which was a faster service and nicer since our night was ruined. This applebees just keeps disappointing me every time i try to give them a second chance!!!!!

if I could give zero stars I would. staff was really rude. I had to go in since they took forever waiting at the car side to go area. walked in, waiter saw me didn't greet me and walked away. had to speak to 2 other employees there for them to get my order out. they weren't even busy to justify their lack of attention.
