Applebee's, Minneapolis, Minnesota, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

Haven't been to an Applebee's in a year or so, had a burger and have to say it was a great improvement over the last time.

Food was great compared to what I normally receive, however, the service was poor, inattentive server who asked US why we never ASKED her for a refill. I am a server and only ask guests with alcoholic bevs for a refill, others are just brought out automatically when at 1/2 full. Seemed rushed to get us out so she could leave. Should have said something to mgr but oh well.

My husband and I went into this Applebee's the other night after hearing an ad for the half price appetizers on the radio. The service was terrible from the moment we walked in the door. The manager sat us down and then spent the rest of the evening at the bar flirting with a bunch of guys.

Our server couldn't have been worse. She took over 15 minutes to get to our table to take our drinks, and when we said we wanted to order food right away, she just left without taking our order! What should have taken us 40 minutes tops, took over an hour and a half. The place was empty too!

I will not be returning to this location anytime soon. If you want to have an awful experience, feel free to eat here. Otherwise spend the $10.00 more and go somewhere else...
