Went on Tuesday 1/5/2016, ordered curbside, New Shrimp Linguine Entree, priced at 14.28, I barely got a cup full of food, no bread sticks or anything, maybe 7 small shrimps, I had to end up cooking, to get a full meal. "WHAT A RIP OFF", my first experience eating AppleBee, good food, but I didn't get my money's worth. My advice--go to the Olive Garden, if you want to get full for nearly15 dollars.

The service was good and the waitress called Sahara was very friendly. Ordered the shrimp and it was really good! Rated 5 star

I stopped eating at Applebee's 4 years ago because the food tasted like it was prepared in a microwave. I recently received a gift card for Applebee's so I thought I would try it again. Let me say they did not disappoint. We ordered Carside To Go. Arrived 5 minutes before we requested our food to be prepared(ordered 45 minutes earlier). After waiting for 15 minutes with no one coming outside, I went in. Hostess merely directed me to the bar. There I was directed to the only person working Carside to go, he was on the phone taking an order then ran to the kitchen. About 10 other servers and the manager just standing around talking. The restaurant was only 1/4 full with 6 people at the bar. I finally flagged the manager down and told him about my experience, acted like he did not care. Finally got food 20 minutes after we requested it to be ready. A short drive home, under 5 minutes, and took the food out. Everything was cold. My hamburger had all of the cheese slide off of it. I had requested no pink, it was raw. Fries were soggy. If I could rate a negative number I would. I am just happy I did not pay for the meal. Unfortunately, I still have money on the gift card. I do not even want to use it. A chain restaurant that has attempted to reinvent itself with fast ovens and people who do not care about the quality of the experience.

Went to Applebee's for my birthday. What a mistake. Although the food was good when we got it, it took over an hour!!! and during the wait our waitress, Ebony, never once came to check on us, offer us refills, etc. This was a Monday night when the place was not packed. The manager was great. HE brought us refills and eventually reduced our bill because of the delay and dropped food.

Will not be back. Too many other places nearby that offer better service.
