Very unprofessional staff. There's plenty of other restaurants around that you can go and have a good experience.

Five booths filled, placed order and waited at least 15 min for beverages, and half hour for food.

Lets start by saying if you're young you cannot get in past 9pm. It's like them enforcing city curfew of Brooklyn Park, secondly if you look young well have your cards out. This location is very poor based on how they treat you. Generally in a group we enjoyed coming out here every Monday night for their $4.99 burger specials now it's $6.99! Fine, but with a round of drinks and an appetizer it's gotten more expensive and less on the portions and quality of their food.

The staff here are generally nice, but on a busy night such as Monday everyone seems to become frustrated and stressed taking longer waits for their drinks. It's hard to recommend this location due to their inconsistency in producing quality food even for Applebee's.

Susan was my server. I placed a togo order with her over the phone, she gave AWESOME customer service it really just made my day I can tell she smiled the whole time taking my order. SUSAN YOU ROCK!! I got my order and everything was correct, fresh, hot, and ready! Thank you :) - Karen

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Now mind you we came here with a group of 40 from our church, however they were aware that we were coming over one week ahead, and we called ahead to confirm. We arrived at around 2:30. Happy hour starts at 2 and ends at 5. Some of us got our food as late as 5:00. All I ordered was spinach dip and a chicken Oriental Salad, and I got that at about 4:20! One girl that was there is 8 months preagnant and she can't have any sodium, all she ordered was the Chicken Oriental Salad with no crunchy oriental noodles. She did not get that till 4:20, if it wasn't for us having to stay for a meeting she was going to leave because she was tired of waiting. My other friend ordered buffallo chicken and fries. The chicken came and was cold so they took it back, then they sent the fries and they got cold waiting on the chicken! Another lady got her appetizer after her meal came, and another lady got her chicken wings close to 5 of which after the manager spoke to her and promised they'd be out in 5 min some 30 min ago, they then brough out honey barbecue which she said she absolutley hates! It was horrible, in addition the bathroom was nasty and in dire need of cleaning and had no toliet paper! #HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE!
