Applebee's, Montgomery, Alabama, Grill Restaurant Details

Food:

It was as expected. The food is OK. The service was above average. They were fairly busy. The waitress checked on us soon after she delivered the meal, which doesn't happen often enough. She was well trained and does a good job. The media box on the table should be optional. It was covered in greasy fingerprints.

I REALLY HOPE that the Ceos of Applebee's carter hill rd montgomery al read this, the drinks are ok, the environment is ok, but your service SUCKS. No customer should have to wait 30 mins or more just for drinks. Also making it worse other servers walk by the table after seeing the customers have been sitting for a while and they don't even acknowledge them. The wait for food is absolutely ridiculous. I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt by just coming for the happy hour and appetizers but I can't even seem to enjoy that. Please make it better.

Didn't like much...poor service, steak was undercooked, server did not offer up specials upon arrival, appetizer arrived WITH the entrees.
