Applebee's, Montgomery, Alabama Restaurant Details

Food:

Friendly wait staff; the food came out at the perfect temperature so that my children could eat their food immediately because it was warm while the adult plates were hot but not scalding. The food was tasty. This location gives a military discount.

Food:

Margaritas was flat, I'm black but the music was too damn loud, the waiter had an attitude, me n my girlfriend had to share napkins, my utensils was dirtier than a new prostitute, restaurant was loud in general like a night club and did I mention we should of been our own damn waiter! We used random cooks that was supposed to be on break for our waiter. People have no idea how to run a restaurant properly!

RUDE!!!! This place was ridiculous $80 for horrible service. All the adult drinks came 10mins before my sons chocolate milk. All the food came out except for my sons which the very rude server didn't order at this point my son is crying because he's hungry and two and doesn't understand why everyone else got food but him. I asked the server where my sons food was and she scoffed at me and walked away before I could finish speaking. I asked to speak to a manager which never came. My husband found her as asked her name as we left and she yelled as we left why did you even want to speak to me?. Please shut this place down worst customer service ever.

Service wasn't bad, but the kitchen let them down. My husband's chicken fajita wrap was all lettuce. My son's shrimp had a bitter after taste, my daughter's macaroni and cheese was cold. As for me, I ordered the tomato basil soup and the server had to let me know that since it was a weekend they were not serving that particular soup. I ordered the potstickers instead. They were hard as a rock, like they had been put in the microwave to long and tasted absolutely horrible!

Worst Applebee's ever!! Sticky table, food came out at different times and was cold. Pathetic.
