Great service and food. Not my father's root beer float was great.

This place has a comfortable feel. The servers work hard and are caring. I feel happy with service every time. I will continue to come back and bring others with me. Thoroughly happy with the consistency and consideration. 5 stars across the board.

Food:

This applebees is OK. One time we got a male waiter and he seemed to be very jolly with us. By looking at the way he talked and walked he was a lil tipsy . I didn't mind him being tipsy because he carried himself quiet well. Never forgot one thing and gave us good service. There have been other times that service and food is very poor. That's why I rated this place 2 stars

Food:

You want to experience consistency so you pick a chain on your 1 hour lunch break, go in and out....unfortunately you can't count on the service. I understand that the servers are not to blame for slow service.

At a minimum check in every few minutes. Everyone around us, many of whom arrived after us were served, I kept trying to make eye contact and get our server's attention and he ignored us for 30 minutes.

Then when my order came out it was wrong, I explained that we have to go and just forget it...but he stood there wanting to argue by telling me I was wrong, he's not the cook and that I dont need to have an attitude.

The manager was very polite and agreeable but this guy has a seriously short fuse and gets by on the minimum...consistency on the food always but staffing has made me now avoid this location and go to other fast eats.

Food:

My Wife and I have experienced consistently good food and service at Applebee's. The last time we went was the first time we had a bad experience here. The issue was the server was being pulled away by an extremely demanding table. We understood, but, I still sought out someone else to assist us with our order. First one of the team members came over to assist us and then the Manager came over to check on us and ensure that we were being fully taken care of and to correct it if that was not the case.

They handled it professionally and the server came back over to work our table. They made it right and we will continue to go to our local Applebee's as happy customers!
