Applebee's Neighborhood Grill, Akron, Ohio Restaurant Details

Food:

Tried the online ordering for the first time. Went to pick it up...at first glance it looked pretty convenient. They have reserved parking by a door marked Pick Up. Well it went downhill from there...you cant actually USE the door...you have to walk all the way around the building to the main entrance and then walk all the way to the back of the restaurant to get the order.
I received my order and went back to my office only to open it up and find its NOT my order! I immediately called and got the girl who gave me my food and she asked if I wanted to come back and exchange it..NO I did not.
I asked for a refund and got the Manager, Kelly. Who was not apologetic at all. She just said she would credit by card...no apology, no we will send you a voucher for a new lunch...nothing!
Worst service ever.
P.S. I tried to eat the mistake lunch I got...some sort of mac n cheese with chicken...it was greasy and disgusting.

There food was excellet and we enjoyed it alot and the service was great :)

Service and food was great! Even manager stopped by to check on us and make sure everything was perfect. No complaints.

If you want microwaved food you may as well save money and eat at home, the quality will be better.

Even for an Applebee's (typically terrible) this location is the worst I've experienced.

Just talked to a lady named Tanis in the Curb-side department she was AWESOME!!!
Nice to have someone who knows how to take an order, get the food items correct and double check the call! Very pleasant ~ Kudos to you Tanis! Keep up the positive attitude hopefully it's contagious! Lisa D. from Barberton
