I love Applebee's, but I've had some pretty bad service at this one.

I have never eaten at this Applebees' before, nor am I a striving Applebees' fan, but since I got a gift card for this restaurant, I wasn't going to toss 40$ aside.
We wanted carry-out, so we did the curb side to go. Nothing really jumped out at me on the menu, but I ordered a BLT and a shrimp salad.
While placing my order over the phone, the lady was very rude. So, not really anticipating this experience from the get-go, I headed to Applebees' to pick up my order.
The hostess was very, very nice when I walked in, and showed me where to go. The server, however, Kara, was really rude. While waiting for my order, and waiting for the server to assist me, I had to listen to outrageously important conversations about her boyfriend, and how horrible her life is.
There were 3 servers in the back where I was standing, on their phones, taking phone calls; I could only imagine how happy the customers waiting to be served felt!

It just felt like trailer trash-ville. Not to mention the food was undercooked, and nothing I'd fly out of my seat for next time. Such a disappointment, but I know of a gift card I won't ever be getting for anyone special...
