This was absolutely terrible. Telling us the wrong deals. Employees sitting around doing nothing and clearly don't know what is going on. Poor management. Takes them forever to get the food out. I do not suggest at all. McDonald's will give you better serivice. Very very disappointed. I will never come back to this poor service.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are for. They must have worked out whatever problems they had because this is the best applebees I've ever been too! They were fast and friendly, enjoyable experience! Our waitress was awesome..ask for Beth if you stop in!

This was the worst dining experience I have ever had! Watered down daiquiris. I requested them to sing happy birthday to my son and dad for their bdays and they forgot! My beefy nachos tasted like they sat in the fridge for days. Forgot to put in 1 order so we waited 15 mins while my step mom watched us eat. Forgot an order of fries. Slow getting refills on drinks. Told us they would remove food from our bill for crappy service and didnt. So we had to ask them to remove it. SO UNSATISFIED!!! can't believe I even paid the bill! 0 stars!!!

Absolute worst restaurant experience I have EVER encountered! Firstly, I can accept the fact that this restaurant doesn't do reservations. Inconvenient, but not a huge problem. When I arrived I was rudely informed that unless at least half of my party was present I would not be able to get a table. Again, inconvenient, but manageable. Soon after the rest of my party arrived, we (only 9 of us) were seated. A waitress meandered by and brought us some drinks and our menus. We asked for a minute to decide on our orders. About 20 or 30 minutes later, and after hunting down our waitress, we finally got our orders taken. As we waited, we noticed no less than 5 other tables that were seated after us had had their orders taken, eaten, AND left. Yes, the place was fairly busy, but were were among the first to arrive and we were still waiting after nearly the entire restaurant had thinned back out. Over an hour after being seated, with empty drinks might I say, our waitress was nowhere to be found and I inquired a manager as to when we could expect our food. Without looking up from the register she was at, she rudely informed me that she'd eventually find out. Soon after, our waitress stopped by and told us our food tickets had just been submitted and it would be another 10 or so min. After our food finally arrived, we were short an order, the food was ICE COLD, we were brought the wrong things, and still our drinks were empty. After numerous requests for silverware, condiments, and drinks, we ended up hunting down most of these items ourselves. After all of these things, the staff still had the gall to bring us our checks, WITH gratuity, and not even a mention of a discount, deal, or an apology for the wait. After paying, my wife and I asked to speak with the manager and requested a refund, and after a huffy response we were hurriedly refunded with an attitude and finally a nonchalant apology for the wait as an afterthought. My wife and I have both worked in the restaurant industry and have an understanding for wait times and service, but this was ridiculous. If there were a rating less than zero, I would give it. The ONLY positive thing about this experience was that the restaurant seemed to be fairly clean. Other than that, not a single positive thing.

Its cheap, Service is awful. Use to be a regular but got cold wings too many times. Management knows my face and is mad at me because they have poor service. I have been sat at dirty tables too many times. I should have been spoke up and told the people but now I have had it. Letoya and Todd both need to step up and take charge! I will be calling health department too because I have had it with this place!
