Food was good but my grandmother must be back in the kitchen because it took forever to get our food.

The food was good. I'm giving bad review because I never takeout via their CarSide and the one time I do they don't have my order complete. I would've fine back but being a Saturday I didn't want to deal with traffic over an order of fries missing on my wife's and my food.

Waited 45 minutes, no service. Not even drinks. We were 1 of 10 tables in the entire restaurant on a Saturday night.

So what im trying to figure out is what black pleather elizabeth taylor is talking about?? I was there a few weeks ago and not a single table has anything like that on it. All of the tables are newly refinished and look wonderful. I will say the service could have been a little faster but i noticed that my server had a lot of tables, so i was patient. The food is good and happy hour is great! Overall i think it is a great family restaurant.

Worst time EVER!! We got there and our table was covered in black pleather....then where kids have cut through it, the holes were covered with black duct tape!!!! I wanted to leave then, but it was Mother's Day so we didn't. We started with 1 waitress and ended with another (least of my problems). Our appetizer came out great and on time! After that.........everything was AWFUL! The food was all over-cooked, my steak was microwaved and if it was on the grill you NEED NEW TYPES OF MEAT it was nasty! So they made me chicken. My cousin's burger was hard as a rock! They said they were going to take it off the check and didn't. The Manager blamed the problems on a mother who had a son/daughter die last year. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't stress that enough! They offered dessert but we couldn't sit there any longer. Fix your problems, your Applebees for goodness sake! Get it together! Oh, and why the heck don't you have potato skins? That's just dumb! Every where has potato skins and those other things you try to pass of as the same as potato skins.......it's not. They're nasty.
