This was the worse dining experience ever. We arrived around 5:30 and waited forever to get a table. Yes we were a party of ten but we stated we could be split up. Multiple tables were open which we could have sat, but since tables had different servers they would not seat us. These tables were right next to each other. After an hour we finally got to sit down. We received menus that were sticky and dirty. The silverware was extremely dirty. The glasses still had dirt on them. The food took up to an hour to receive and by that time my daughter became sick and had to leave. The ones of us that stayed had food in which one had hairs found in them. The manager gave us 25% off but it was not worth it.

We will never go to another Applebee's.

Food was just average, and the restaurant, didn't seem clean. ( during lunchtime ) had a medium well burger with fries, and the burger was burnt on the outside. I have been there when appetizers are 1/2 price and I've loved them.

Rude, she said (can't handle more than four orders at a time) and don't care how they treat their customers. The bartender at 9:30 on a Tuesday night January 4th that was giving me my pick up order should be talked to about customer service. I would never have somebody like that working for me. We will never return!!
This place should not be a restaurant, just a simple bar for how they treat you. This was just from a simple carry out order, that I have done on several other occasions. Something must have changed since those other occasions.

The refresh in decor was much needed. Store could stand to expand though.

I ordered the Lime Chicken for pickup, and it was perhaps one of the most hurriedly prepared meals I've ever purchased. 24 dollars for mine and my wife's meal (after a tip), and mine was of extremely low quality. No pico with the chicken, the lime wedge was used previously (likely to make a drink), the chicken was covered in cold, hardened cheese, and the entire bottom of the box was as well (see picture). I took one bite, and will be discarding the rest. A disappointment to say the least.
