04/20/2016 12:47 amTable had a sticky film when we sat down. Server had a pleasant attitude. Appetizers were brought out without plates for the table (we shared the plate the appetizer was brought out on). Food had good flavor. I was disappointed in the kid's burgers they were supposed to be sliders but the meat was a regular burger cut in quarters, which was out of proportion for each of the 4 total sliders ordered. |

09/02/2015 5:35 pmThe new GM for this restaurant is extremely rude. My wife and I have been good customers for three years. We would entertain business clients and eat lunch at this restaurant sometime twice a week. Lately the foods taste has been going down hill (burnt, over seasoned, etc.) The kitchen consistently sends out the wrong or incomplete orders. The final nail in the coffin happened when we began our order yesterday (9/1/2015); to set a point of reference, it was the same order we have been ordering for the last three years. The waiter (lacking proper hygiene), said he was not sure how to put the order in, and said he would ask the GM. The GM popped out of the kitchen and said "we don't do that any more." Then he turned away and walked off with our a sorry or anything. I am disappointed by the way Applebee's trains their managers in conflict resolution. I have eaten at dives where the managers are trained better than that. Shame on you Applebees. Shame on you! |
