Applebee''s Neighborhood Grill, Houston, Texas Restaurant Details

I am an ex smoker, but walking into this restaurant the smell of smoke hits you immediately. It feels like walking into a bar. I think their filter system isn't working. I have never been to a restaurant that smelled so much of smoke in my life.

First sat down in bar as host for ashtray. She slung the damn dirty ashtray down ,, i said. Really. She walked away ,,,bartender did give me clean one ,,,then ordered food. And. Wow served burnt ,sent back , l

The manager rio mandosa was not nice at all bad service we ended up going to buffalo wild wings

Edit: I was forced to go back there a couple weeks later and the manager gave us bad service again

Waited 15 minutes to be seated when their was literally no one but me standing at the door, with staff constantly walking by me and just staring at me. I finally just sat myself and the waitress had the nerve to tell me I was in the wrong section amd I was supposed to wait to be seated, lmfao. Nope. I'll go take my money elsewhere.

We stood 10 min waiting for host... noone came.. it was slow..empty tables... its ok BWW enjoyed our money.
