Great food but most importantly my service from shay at the bar was perfect both times that I went. She displays tremendous professionalism. She is very respectful, pleasant and well trained in customer service. Others need to learn from her.

It was very busy this time, and the service was a little on the slow side, but they were very friendly. Additionally, without us asking, the manager came out and offered us a free dessert based on how slow the service was.

my waitress was stephanie gariano. she was horrible. stuck up attitude and screwed up my order three times. wont go here again unless they fire her.

Love this Applebee's! The food is wonderful - especially the new Thai Shrimp Salad! Amazing! The kids always want to go on Tues for kid's night because James the Magician is there - he even impresses the adults!
