Absolutely the best place to go! The staff is fabulous and amazing. Super friendly, half price appetizers after 9pm, delicious food and always a great time! Love it and love the staff first and foremost. We were visiting for a short vacation celebrating my sisters b'day and went for the half priced appetizers one night. They handled everything so smoothly and were just so undeniably amazing that we ended up coming back the following night, amazing yet again! Their welcoming atmosphere made you feel as if you had been coming there for years. The restaurant is well kept and clean. When in Ocean City, we will always head to Applebee's. Ordered dinner 9-24-2014. I come to OC once a month for work (I'm from Baltimore). ordered my meal for pick up. The girl was friendly and thorough in taking my order, even specifically asked if I needed silverware. I appreciated her asking this as I'm here for work - I'm staying at a hotel... not at home.
I walked in to pick up my order. I was standing there quite a while as the management had this girl operating the curb side pick up portion of their business by herself and she was flooded with calls. I waited there, looking at my completed order that was cooling off as she continued to take new orders. When she was done, I pick up my order, paid for it, tipped her 20% and left. 10 minutes later, in my hotel room, I'm ready to eat a lukewarm meal when I noticed there was no silverware, napkins, salt, pepper, no nothin'. The food was in a plastic bowl that was in a plastic bag, and that was it. It kinda makes it real McDonalds-like when you have to check to make sure they gave you your sauce and straw. Meal was cold by the time I got silverware and when I called and talked to the manager (Jessica) she told me I could come back out into the hurricane to pick up another free remade dinner and she would "personally" make sure there is silverware. Seriously? There are enough restaurants out there in this area that you don't need to go to Applebees. Just pass on it and have a better experience the next block down or up.

Super nice staff. Clean restaurant. One of the better Applebee's I've been to. If you are visiting Ocean City I recommend this place to enjoy a nice dinner with the family.
