Applebee's, Omaha, Nebraska Restaurant Details

Food:

Ordered boneless wings. Twenty minutes later after THREE tables next to us, who ordered AFTER us got their appetizers, we got ours. When the manager brought them to the table she didn't apologize and began to argue and interrupted me when I tried to explain my dissatisfaction. I ordered an apple sangria it came without fruit. I tried to order a potato, which was available after 4pm, which it was and was listed available after 4pm the menu. Manager said well I don't know what happened I wasn't back there. The waiter never came by to check on us afterm our food came out and neither did the manager. When the bill came out she did comp the wings and sangria but didn't come over to tell us or check on us. Worst experience. Food wasn't even that good.

My steak was incredibly fatty, my vegetable melody was cut into giant chunks of vegetables, and a few shriveled up looking little pieces that looked very unappealing. I refused to even eat them, the only thing on my whole to go order that wasn't horrible were the mashed potatoes. Maybe the cook was feeling lazy or had a bad night either way. Gross. I've never recieved such horrible food from any other Applebee's.

My wife and I went Applebee's on Friday for a date night. We had a movie tickets at 7:45, we got to Applebee's at 6 pm. We thought a hour and forty five minutes should be enough time, we were wrong. We got seated at 6:25, we ordered right way. Our appetizer came very quick, at 7:15 still no dinner we told our server we had to go. I'm not sure I will go back.

Favorite restaurant to go to, I was here with my mom last night, everybody is super nice. Server was Michael, he did an excellent job and brought out our food quickly and we didn't have to wait long at all. great job, keep up the great work guys. :)

Generally Applebees ok for our family of 6, never expect great food, but have something for everyone and food and service generally decent. This last time, though, found something wrong with everyone's order except for one, and this on a night when they were not very busy. You could tell that at least 1/2 of our orders sat under heat lamps for a good 15 minutes at least. Think it will be the last time we give them our $.
