They have a jukebox you can control with your phone. Risk Astely all night long!
The fold is good too. :P

Good atmosphere, great cooks, but the wait staff is slow and they are definitely smoking weed while on the clock

It took them almost an hour to bring our food and to top it off it was cold, not fresh.. very disappointed. First and last time my sister and I go to that location.

Just when I thought genuine customer service was dead, then I meet Chris. Chris is the manager at this Applebee's location in the Happy Valley-Shops at Noterra area in North Phoenix. I called because I had an issue with the food that I ordered online. As a manager Chris truly stepped up to the standard of providing customer satisfaction. He not only cooked the new order himself, but he also hand-delivered it to my hotel suite. That for me is the epitome of "Great" customer service. I have always been an Applebee's fan, this just re-solidifies why.
