It is always crowded, a bit noisy, if a wait, not too long for a table. The manager, Neill, constantly checks tables to see if everything is ok with the diners. Had 1 issue with the kitchen preparation of the food on a prior visit, Neill had it corrected at once. Wait staff is very attentive even when they have a lot of tables. The burgers are great, they have a Monday burger special with fries for $5.00, after 9 pm wings 45 cents each, always cooked to perfection. I have had lunches and dinners here, sandwiches, chicken and beef dishes, all nice portions and very tasty.

I had heard about the appetizers sample from both someone on the street and from emails and I decided to come in for a bit. After taking my order the waitress seemed more intent on flitting about to serve other guests than making sure I had a full glass or answer questions. I had been misinformed by someone that the appetizers samples were for all-you-can eat but when I asked my waitress about it and asked to speak to the manager she disappeared and didn't come back until she decided to give me my bill.

Not coming back to this location, even if it's right down the street from me.

Super slow... Took 20 min to get drink order for a party of 3... Poorly trained staff don't know how to serve the customers needs... No more vegetarian options - they used to carry a veggie burger... Wait staff spends their time talking to each other...

This was a terrible experience. Took an hour to get food ... one order of which was a side of fries for my 11 month old daughter ... WTF? TOO many sorry's ... just do it right ...

I have never experienced food so poor in a LONG time!! I ordered the 9 oz sirloin via delivery from Delicious Deliveries. The delivery service was way behind (not Applebees fault) but when we got our food there was hardly anything there to begin with. Then I was missing an item from our order. When I bit into the steak it was literally like rubber. I've had better steaks from Swanson's frozen dinners!! I was amazed at how poorly cooked this steak was and at how gross the mashed potatoes were as well. I've never had something so filthy in my experience of ordering out and was appalled at the whole experience. If I had been in the restaurant the food would have gotten sent back for sure!! Would not recommend eating here unless you want kid size portions that are overpriced!! Maybe they cook them better if you're in the restaurant? Either way, I'm not returning!!
